It was launched on October 10, 2008 and is the third channel of this broadcaster. On the TV channel programs devoted to various regions of Romania, local news programs and news, own production programs devoted to rural topics and culture, various talk shows, programs about the economy, entertainment programs, feature films, documentaries and educational films about various parts of Romania, sports broadcasts from different championships, as well as films in minority languages.
