	Semeı Description: Semeı or Semei (formerly Казахстан-Семей) — Kazakhstan regional television channel broadcasting in the city of Semey. It is part of the RTRK «Kazakhstan» JSC. The Semipalatinsk Television Studio began broadcasting on September 1, 1965. This was the fourth television studio in the republic after Almaty, Karaganda and Ust-Kamenogorsk. The channel’s broadcasting network includes regional news, informational, cultural, social, educational and entertainment programs, urban lifestyle programs, youth programs, films and more.
