The signal covers the districts of Landshut, Dingolfing Landau and parts of the districts Rottal Inn, Kelheim, Erding and Freising. The previous regional television station in Landshut began operations on October 15, 1989 and was called «RFL TV», making it one of the oldest regional stations in Germany.
